Trestní právo
Máme to štěstí, že největší odborníci na oblast trestního práva v čele se soudcem Ústavního soudu P. Šámalem spolupracují právě s C. H. Beck. Trestní zákoník, Trestní řád, časopis Trestněprávní revue, ale také další publikace, které najdete na seznamu níže, vytváří informační podporu, která v oblasti trestního práva nemá na trhu konkurenci – více než 23000 stran velkých a šedých komentářů, dalších 11 monografií a kompletní archiv nejčtenějšího trestněprávního časopisu na trhu. Pro odborníky na trestní právo neexistuje jiná volba.

      Nový komentář trestního zákoníku kolektivu vedeného Filipem Ščerbou srozumitelně a čtivě odpovídá na otázky výkladu všech jeho ustanovení. Oba komentáře budou v online verzi pravidelně aktualizovány, aby svým uživatelům zajistily informace o nejnovějším vývoji v oblasti trestního práva. Vedle nových komentářů oceníte i další publikace, ze kterých je nutné zmínit především populárního průvodce trestním procesem Trestní řízení z pohledu obhajoby od P. Vantucha, který se dlouhodobě řadí mezi naše nejoblíbenější tituly v oboru trestního práva.
